Terms and Conditions of Service

PAYMENT

  1. Payment is due upon purchase.

  2. Organizing hours will be deducted as they occur from prepaid packages.

SCHEDULING

  1. As a convenience, a reminder email may be sent prior to the scheduled appointment time.  If no reminder is sent, the client is still responsible for the appointment.

  2. If the client is purchasing products, products will be available for use by the agreed-upon date.

  3. Forty-eight (48) hour notice via email or text required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments.

  4. If less than forty-eight (48) hours of notice is given for rescheduling or cancelling appointments, the full scheduled time may be deducted from the prepaid package. If another client can be scheduled to take that appointment time, no amount will be deducted from the prepaid package.

  5. The session begins and ends on time.  If the client is late to start the session, that time is forfeited. If the Organizer is late, the client has the option to reschedule, or continue the session past the originally scheduled time based upon the availability of the Organizer.

  6. Packages expire twenty four (24) months from date of purchase.  The client may contact the Organizer two (2) months prior to expiration and the Organizer may be able to offer a one time extension.

TERMINATION

Client has the right to terminate services at any time, however, any outstanding prepaid services will be forfeited. The Organizer has the same right to terminate services at any time, subject to reasonable notice. All reasonable effort will be made to provide client with alternative options and any outstanding prepaid services will be refunded to the client in full.

Return Policy

As our services cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds. The exceptions shall be as follow:

  1. If a package is bought in error, no sessions are ever scheduled and we are notified in writing of the error within 7 days of purchase we will refund the purchase in full, minus any potential costs incurred.

  2. As stated elsewhere in the terms and conditions.

PRIVACY PERMISSIONS

  1. The session will be recorded for the benefit and receipt of the client.

  2. The session will not be recorded if requested by the client.

  3. The Organizer will delete all recordings within three (3) months of the event.

  4. The client grants the Organizer permission to use photos of their space for marketing purposes in places such as social media, on websites, and printed items. The identity of the client and the location of their space will remain anonymous.

  5. The client grants the Organizer permission to use their written communications for marketing purposes.
